We respect your privacy and any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; all will be kept strictly in confidential and it will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals. All relevant information collected, is handled and used by internal and authorized officials only.

2. Trust is not liable for any kind of loss, damage or harm caused to the users because of misuse of personal information by a third party, and who is not an employee of Trust.

3. General browsing of Trust website is anonymous, and it does not register the user’s personal information except the time, date and place of visits and the name of internet service provider.

4. Contents published in Trust website including graphics, write-ups, logos, pictures, images and software are the property of the Trust and the same is protected. Users must seek formal permission before using any of this information.

Terms and Conditions

1. RIDIPTA WELFARE FOUNDATION Trust reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

2. Upon the user’s breach of this agreement, the right to access this website will be terminated immediately without any notice.

3. Trust does not warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the proper functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.

4. While forwarding a donation for Trust the well-wishers have to submit a few personal information as it would help us ensuring genuine contributions such as your email id, phone no, residential address, PAN number, and any other data which may be required.

5. You agree that you will not use any kind of software which will be responsible for malfunctioning of our website and you also agree that you will not reproduce, alter or modify any content published in our website without prior written permission from the Trust.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All donations are non-refundable, there is no claim for refund or cancellation of the same.

2. Trust shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly because of an erroneous donation by the donor, or if any unlikely event takes place, or out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction.

3. Please contact us immediately with a written request by the donor within 24 hours of donation. The Trust will respond to the donor within 7 working days

Partnership

Regular meetings of the Operations division, Executive committee, Advisory board and Board of Trustees are undertaken in policy making and decision making.
