Initiative 01

We Assist

Education is one of the most powerful agents of positive change in society. Yet, thousands of children in India continue to lack access to quality education and basic learning opportunities. Children between the ages of 11 and 14, especially those from underprivileged communities, are highly vulnerable to dropping out of school. We Assist focuses on supporting their education, with special attention to the development, safety and empowerment of girls.

Initiative 02

We Mentor

We Mentor focuses on guiding young people through motivational sessions, personality development programmes and employment-oriented training. The initiative encourages confidence, communication, practical skills and career readiness, enabling young people to make informed decisions and pursue better educational and professional opportunities.

Initiative 03

We Heal

We Heal emphasizes medical assistance, healthcare awareness and compassionate support for children, women, senior citizens and young people across India. Through this initiative, the Foundation works to help individuals and families access essential healthcare support while promoting dignity, care and well-being.

From its beginning in 2019, Ridipta Welfare Foundation has continued to evolve with one purpose: creating meaningful and lasting change in the lives of people who need support the most.
