  1. RIDIPTA WELFARE FOUNDATION keeps personal information only for the shortest possible period consistent with the maintenance, understanding and improvement of the donation process. We respect the privacy of donors and any personal information provided to us, including name, address, telephone number and email address. Such information is kept strictly confidential and is not released, sold or rented to any entity or individual. All relevant information collected is handled and used only for internal and authorized official purposes.

  2. The Trust is not liable for any loss, damage or harm caused to users because of misuse of personal information by a third party who is not an employee or authorized representative of the Trust.

  3. General browsing of the Trust website is anonymous. The website does not register personal information except technical details such as the time, date and location of visits and the name of the internet service provider.

  4. Content published on the Trust website, including graphics, write-ups, logos, photographs, images and software, is the property of the Trust and is protected. Users must obtain formal permission before reproducing or using any such information.

  1. RIDIPTA WELFARE FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the changes online. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

  2. If a user breaches this agreement, the right to access this website may be terminated immediately without prior notice.

  3. The Trust does not warrant that the functions contained on this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will always be corrected, or that this website or the server making it available will be free from viruses or technical issues. The Trust does not make representations regarding the complete functionality, accuracy or reliability of all materials.

  4. While forwarding a donation to the Trust, well-wishers may be required to submit limited personal information to help ensure genuine contributions, including email address, phone number, residential address, PAN number and other transaction details where required.

  5. Users agree not to use any software, program or activity that may cause the website to malfunction. Users also agree not to reproduce, alter or modify content published on the website without prior written permission from the Trust.

Donation Transactions

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. All donations are non-refundable and cannot normally be cancelled after successful processing.

  2. The Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from an erroneous donation made by the donor, any unlikely event, or the decline of authorization for a transaction.

  3. In case of an erroneous donation, the donor should contact the Trust immediately with a written request within 24 hours of the donation. The Trust will ordinarily respond to the donor within seven working days.
